When we decide to sell our home, it can be very upsetting if it is still on the market 6 months later. Home Staging makes your home more attractive to viewers, helps it to sell faster and for a higher price.

If you do not think you need a quick sale, the alternative is waiting to see what happens. If you are lucky you may sell but there are no guarantees, in which case you have to make the decision either to drop the price to sell it, or spruce it up on a carefully planned budget and transform it  from a frog to a prince.

We then discuss your budget and I offer advice on how to change the look, to help it sell.
At this stage, you may decide to make the changes yourself. Or you may decide that you would like John and I to do it for you. The choice is yours.
